Thank you for the reply on August 19, 2010 from your staff to my note about international investment agreements.

In response to the message from your office, we have four specific questions about your assertion that the current U.S. model for bilateral investment treaties (BITs) and investment chapters in free trade agreements (FTAs) meets the principle of no greater substantive rights established by Congress.
